Identifying triggers, warning signs, high-risk situations, protective routines, support systems, and personalized response strategies.

Recovery Education

Understanding recovery concepts, stages of change, support systems, personal responsibility, and sustainable daily practices.

Coping Skills

Developing practical strategies for distress tolerance, emotional regulation, grounding, problem-solving, and healthy decision-making.

CBT-Informed Skills Education

Co-Occurring-Disorder Education

Trauma-Informed & Emotional Wellness Education

Trauma-informed education, safety, grounding, and coping skills — delivered without asking participants to disclose, and with clinical concerns referred back to your treatment team.

Trauma-Informed Recovery Education

Understanding how past experiences may affect emotions, behaviors, relationships, and substance use while emphasizing choice, safety, empowerment, and appropriate clinical support.

Anger & Shame Education

Recognizing triggers, body signals, behavioral cycles, and healthier expression; building self-awareness and self-compassion.

Emotional Regulation

Identifying emotions, recognizing escalation, using grounding tools, and practicing healthy responses.
