Professional support for behavioral-health programming.

DAMD provides specialized group facilitation and recovery-support services for treatment and recovery environments. Every assignment is defined around the facility's needs, the facilitator's qualifications, and the agreed scope of service.

Non-clinical recovery coaching and support focused on practical skills, accountability, motivation, recovery planning, healthy routines, and connection to appropriate resources.

Temporary & Supplemental Coverage

Short-term or additional facilitation support for staffing gaps, leaves, schedule changes, census growth, or new program tracks, subject to availability.

Recurring Program Coverage

Standing weekly groups and coordinated facilitator schedules designed to support continuity and dependable delivery.

Facility Partnership & Program Alignment

DAMD works with designated facility leadership to clarify population needs, topic expectations, scope, communication, escalation pathways, and quality feedback.
